STANDARD RISK SURVEY

Whether you are a small or large insurance company on the market, you most likely have more than one reason to outsource risk surveys:

We offer to perform your risk surveys and write reports according to your own standards, based on your underwriting guide.

If you don’t already have underwriting guidelines or if you need new ones for a dedicated survey, we can also build with you a customized report frame, including your technical standards and criteria.

FOCUS RISK VISIT

For simple risks (residential buildings and offices) or special, sensitive risks (jewelry, night clubs…), we propose you to write simplified reports, picking the main analysis criteria.

All of these criteria on each visited risk will be communicated to you as a database in order to complete your portfolio analysis and to cross prevention data with those of claims and underwriting if needed.
