Presentation

Gaston Manouvrier has explored the whole transfer chain in the insurance world, from risk analysis to the last reinsurance transfer. He is a general consultant experienced in fire risks and their industrial or financial consequences. He took part in the set-up of a Business Continuity Plan for a large glass manufacturer and has also developed a security niche focusing on high value risks (jewelries, warehouses, etc.)

He founded OPTIRISK in 2007 with Patrick Letellier.

Prior to starting Optirisk, Gaston Manouvrier held various positions as loss prevention engineer, industrial risks property underwriter, regional and national industrial portfolio manager. He held positions for UAP and Independent Insurance (7 years). He then joined the reinsurer Swiss Re (5 years) as head of strategy, business planning and risk management.
